Last year we cut the hype and got hands-on.
This year the question has moved on: your AI is deployed –
is it holding up, and is it paying for itself?

AI for Business 2026 is built for people who have passed the experimentation stage and now own something real: a system in production, a budget to justify, a regulator to answer to. No keynotes about the future of work. No vendor showcases. The speakers are the people who built the thing, and they’ve been asked to bring the numbers, the architecture decisions, and the parts that didn’t work.

Expect twenty-five lightning talks and case studies running in two parallel streams, plus a full day of workshops, technical deep dives and expert sessions where you can put your own situation in front of someone who has solved it before. Bring a laptop and bring a problem.

The programme runs in seven tracks you can follow all day, or dip in and out of:

People, Adoption & ChangeThe part that isn’t technology: who actually uses this, and what stops them.

The event runs primarily in English, reflecting Prague’s international AI community.
